Northwest Travel Network processes personal information so we can quote, book, dispatch, support and administer passenger journeys and business accounts.

Information we may collect

This can include names, telephone numbers, email addresses, pickup and destination details, journey dates and times, flight details, passenger and luggage information, accessibility requirements, booking notes, payment status, account references, website attribution data and communications with us.

Why we use it

We use information to provide requested transport services, manage bookings and payments, communicate with passengers and account customers, prevent fraud or misuse, meet legal and licensing obligations, resolve complaints and improve our services. Where appropriate, processing is based on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations or consent.

Who we share it with

Information may be shared only where needed with the operator or driver carrying out the journey, payment and communications providers, booking and dispatch technology providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where legally required.

Payment information

Card payments are handled through specialist payment providers. We do not ask customers to send full card details by ordinary email or through recorded calls.

Call recordings

Some calls handled by our automated receptionist may be recorded. See our call-recording privacy notice.

Retention

We keep records only for as long as reasonably necessary for bookings, accounting, legal, safety, fraud-prevention and complaint-handling purposes. Different records can have different retention periods.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
